Competition Themes
Participants are to submit an original work (A4-size: 21cm x 29.7cm) that demonstrates their creativity based on the theme “Invest in Our Planet”
Steps to take Part

Step 1: Create an original artwork in A4-size (21cm x 29.7cm) based on the theme “Invest in Our Planet”. You may use wet or dry mediums such as watercolour, acrylic or oil paint, graphite or coloured ink.

Category A: Primary 1 and 2

5 winning entries will be selected from each category and showcased on ATS ArtSpace.
The winners will receive a certificate of recognition.
Rules
-
The competition is open to all students who are in Ai Tong School.

The entry should be the sole original work of the participant and there should be no assistance rendered by anyone else.

Participants must execute the artwork on A4-sized paper (21cm x 29.7cm).

Participants are free to use a single or a variety of wet/dry drawing medium combined, such as watercolour, acrylic or oil paint, graphite or coloured ink.

Participants are free to create a poster design based on the given theme. They are encouraged to use brief and simple language for the title of the poster and some aspects of imaginative elements in their design.

Participants must take a clear image of the artwork and submit the softcopy online.

Participants must safekeep and produce the physical copy of their artwork for verification if necessary.
Submission

All artworks must be submitted by 12 May 2023, 2359 hr. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Each student is only allowed a maximum of 1 entry. Subsequent entries will not be judged.

Entries with incomplete submission of information will be disqualified.
Judging

The judging will be done based on the following criteria:

Creativity

Clarity in text and visual

The judges' decision is final.

Finalists will be announced on ATS ArtSpace by the beginning of July 2023. We regret that there will not be email replies to enquiries on the release of results.
Showcase

An exhibition of winning entries will be showcased on ATS Artspace from July 2023.

The ownership of the submitted works remains with Ai Tong School and approval must be sought for any use.

By submitting an entry to Ai Tong School, the participant agrees to the rules stated above and allows the school to share his/her personal data on the website to publicize or showcase the work.

We reserve the right to disqualify entries that do not adhere to the rules and regulations, and to the works that do not deem fit for the purpose of the event.
